Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, all earring purchases are final and non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We accept exchanges on regularly priced items. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Final Sale Items:

  • All sale items, custom orders, and personalized jewelry are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are not typically offered unless the item arrives damaged and a replacement is unavailable.

  • To request a refund for a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 15 days.

Pickup Orders:

  • Pickup orders must be collected within 3 months from the date of the pickup notice.

  • Orders not collected within this timeframe will be returned to stock, and no refund will be issued.
