Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, all earring purchases are final and non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges on regularly priced items. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Final Sale Items:
All sale items, custom orders, and personalized jewelry are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds:
Refunds are not typically offered unless the item arrives damaged and a replacement is unavailable.
To request a refund for a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 15 days.
Pickup Orders:
Pickup orders must be collected within 3 months from the date of the pickup notice.
Orders not collected within this timeframe will be returned to stock, and no refund will be issued.
